Apartments

You can choose between the smaller 38m² apartment "Geieregg" and the larger 55m² apartment "Schintltol". Both apartments were newly renovated in 2024 and are equipped with underfloor heating, as well as external blinds and insect screens on the windows.

Breakfast basket

You are welcome to order our breakfast basket every day according to your wishes. In addition to our own farm products, we also offer bread and pastries, milk, coffee beans (fully automatic coffee machine) and much more.

Delivery service with the private cable car

You can have your groceries and delicious meals from restaurants delivered to our valley station, so you don't have to get in your car.

Additional Services

Pick-up service from train/bus, covered parking space, South Tyrol GuestPass, children's playground, climbing wall, lounge with children's corner and farm library, various workshops, barbecue facilities, spa & relaxation area (2026), whirlpool use already possible.

Apartment "GEIEREGG"

The smart apartment "Geieregg," approximately 38 m² in size, accommodates 2–4 people and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a spacious living kitchen with a sofa bed, and a balcony with views of the surrounding mountains.

Equipment: Flat screen with TV-SAT connection (Netflix available on request), free Wi-Fi, safe, kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans), electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, robotic vacuum cleaner, SodaStream, children's cutlery and dishes, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.

Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly or as needed. A high chair, travel crib/bed rail, baby monitor, and stroller are available for a small fee. The same applies to the use of the washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board can be loaned out free of charge if required.

Apartment "SCHINTLTOL"

The comfort apartment "Schintltol," approximately 55 m² in size, accommodates 2–5 people and consists of two separate bedrooms (double bed + single bed, double bed + sofa bed), a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine, a large kitchen, and a balcony with views of the surrounding mountains.

Equipment: 2 flat screens with TV-SAT connection (Netflix available on request), free Wi-Fi, safe, kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans), electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, robotic vacuum cleaner, SodaStream, children's cutlery and dishes, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.

Prices:

Our prices are per day for 2 people. Children aged 0 to 2 stay free of charge, for children aged 3 to 13 we charge an additional 10.00 euros/night, and for those aged 14 and above, 15.00 euros/night. The final cleaning is already included in the prices mentioned above.
Dogs on request in the small apartment "Geieregg": 10.00 € per day without food. Please bring your own blanket or basket.
The local tourist tax is charged separately and is 2.10 euros/night per person, applicable from the age of 14.

Booking conditions: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. During the high season, the apartments can only be booked weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 3:00 pm, earlier check-in can be arranged upon request. If arriving after 6:00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 am.
Pick-up service from the nearest train and bus station upon arrival and departure (30 euros/trip).
Smoking: We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in our apartments.

Cancellation fees:

For cancellations up to 1 month before the start of your holiday, no cancellation fees will be charged.
From 1 month to 14 days before the start of your holiday, we will charge 30%.
From 14 days before the start of your holiday, we will charge 80% of the booked stay.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price for the entire reservation period will be charged in full (Cancellation Policy).

To avoid any costs in such cases, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
